Humanitarian Cooperation
According to the Regulation on the procedure for receiving, accounting, registration, use of foreign gratuitous assistance, control over its receipt and targeted use, as well as registration of humanitarian programs, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus “On Foreign Gratuitous Assistance” dated May 25, 2020 No. 3, the purposes of using this type of assistance are defined.
