The main tasks are to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with assistance in obtaining financial and material‑technical resources, informational, methodological and consulting services, training, retraining and attracting qualified personnel, conducting training courses and marketing research, as well as providing other assistance in the implementation of their activities by small and medium-sized enterprises.

The enterprise carries out the following types of activities:

• provision of free consulting services on issues of organization and conduct of entrepreneurial activities;
• organization and conduct of courses on the subject "Occupational Safety" for managers and specialists of enterprises (organizations);
• paid and free rental of premises;
• involvement in the economic turnover of non‑core assets;
• advertising activity;
• valuation activities of movable and immovable property (valuation of buildings and structures, residential and non-residential premises; equipment and materials, transport vehicles and others.);
• organization and conduct of auctions for the right to conclude a lease agreement and for the sale into private ownership of land plots in the city of Orsha and the Orsha district.

LLC «Orshansky Business Incubator «Law and Order»»

Performs tasks of creating organizational and economic conditions for the development of small business entities, by providing them with premises and property, informational and consulting services, including to individuals intending to engage in entrepreneurial activity, on issues related to the start of its implementation, providing assistance in finding partners, obtaining financial resources, conducting training courses, as well as carrying out other activities not prohibited by law and aimed at fulfilling the core objectives of the small business incubator.

Incubator of Small Entrepreneurship. The Legal Group "Law and Order" holds a license to provide legal services (No. 02240/393), which allows it to offer legal support not only to individuals intending to start entrepreneurial activities, to beginning individual entrepreneurs and legal entities that are subjects of the business incubator, but also to long‑registered individual entrepreneurs and legal entities.

Furthermore, one of the activities of the small business incubator Legal Group “Law and Order” is the development of business plans for obtaining state subsidies, state loans for creating new jobs, investment projects, business projects for joining the Technopark and PVT.

The incubator carries out work to involve individuals with entrepreneurial potential in entrepreneurial activity by organizing training courses and supporting (populating) its informational resources, on which it also publishes information about the events held and the activities carried out by the business incubator’s entities, their successes and achievements.
