Journalists from all over the region gathered for the I Forum of Young Specialists "MediaStart."
The guys were welcomed by the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Vyacheslav Viktorovich Durnov:
"You are now entering a very interesting stage of life. You have chosen an interesting profession, a challenging one. There will be many difficulties; there is no smooth path. But when you do your job well, for the people - the result will be."
The event was attended by the head of the main department of ideological work and youth affairs of the regional executive committee Marina Vladimirovna Novitskaya:
"You have entered the most interesting profession; you should know about everything. From young journalists, we expect your perspective on what is happening in our country and in the world, how you see it."
Before their mentees, the editor-in-chief of the regional newspaper "Vitebskie Vesti" Natalia Kamlyova and the editor-in-chief of the newspapers "Vitybichi" and "Vecherniy Vitebsk" Diana Kurilo spoke. The media leaders wished the young specialists good luck in every endeavor and shared their own first work experiences.
Sofia Borisenko and Maria Dekan, who have already made a name for themselves in the media space, talked about their work.
