Sergey Shurov has been appointed deputy chairman of the Orsha district executive committee
The Deputy Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee, overseeing issues related to construction, fuel and energy complex, communications and informatization, transport and communications, housing, communal services, and road management, has been appointed as Sergey Alexandrovich Shurov.
Sergey Alexandrovich graduated from the Belarusian Agricultural Academy in the city of Horki with a degree in "Economics and Management at the Enterprise", as well as the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus. He began his career at RUPTP "Orsha Flax Plant". From 2009 to 2020, he worked in the housing and communal services system. He progressed from a master at ZHEU-4 to the head of the Orsha Civil Structures Division of the RUP "Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Railway". Since 2020 and until his appointment to the aforementioned position, he worked as an assistant to the head of the RUP "Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Railway".
