Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Vyacheslav Durnov met with the collectives of the Orsha region

Today, the legal awareness group of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, led by Deputy Chairman Vyacheslav Durnov, visited the "Modern Fire Equipment Plant" in Orsha.

The working group includes representatives from various agencies, which allows for an increase in the legal awareness of enterprise workers and discussion of current issues in various fields.

Initially, a tour of the enterprise was conducted for the guests. The plant's general director, Vitaly Rabeikin, explained that their enterprise is quite young, having been established in 2011, and is one of the leading suppliers and manufacturers of fire-fighting and emergency rescue equipment for the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The guests became acquainted with the production workshops and saw some stages of production. Then a meeting was held with the workforce. The head of the main justice department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Sergey Konopelko, the head of the cybercrime prevention department of the Orsha ROVD, Vadim Lepeshinsky, the deputy chair of the committee on labor, employment, and social protection of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Svetlana Zinovyeva, and the head of the legal, personnel work, and document management department of the land management department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Natalia Makhon, spoke to the workers.

The specialists talked about the main types of fraud on the Internet and how not to become a victim of criminals, about the legalization of illegally occupied land plots, explained the provisions of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Belarus "On Promoting Employment of the Population", and also answered questions from the enterprise employees.

The second stop on the route was the Orsha State College of Textile Workers named after G. V. Semyonov, where they train specialists for enterprises in the region. Vyacheslav Durnov got acquainted with the material and technical base of the educational institution, visited the sewing production, the hairdressing arts laboratory, and the trade equipment laboratory. He then met with the students and the college staff. The topic of discussion was: "Modern Approaches to Regional Development: From Economy to Social Infrastructure".

Vyacheslav Viktorovich noted that regional development is one of the priorities of the socio-economic development program of the Republic of Belarus, and the state is doing everything to create comfortable living and working conditions for citizens in any place of their residence. He also wished the students to approach any work responsibly and to love what they do.

– The topic of the day for informing is, of course, the development of the regions of our country. We have already visited one of the enterprises in the district, where we had the opportunity to see that there will be interesting work, and the regions will develop. And now, using the example of the college of textile workers, we got acquainted with the system of training specialists for the economy of our country. Strong regions will lead to a strong country, – summed up the meeting Vyacheslav Durnov.
