Why did the head of the Orshansky district come to the bus park again?
A little over a year ago, the head of the Orsha district, Igor Moroz, met with the team of bus park No. 3. At that time, a very lively and candid dialogue took place, during which many relevant issues were raised.
As part of the Unified Day of Informing the Population, the chairman of the district executive committee visited the bus park again and communicated with the employees of the enterprise.
However, at the beginning of the meeting, they talked about the role of family values in modern society. This topic was elaborated on in her speech by the head of the ideological work and youth affairs department of the Orsha district executive committee, Maria Shmatova.
As it turned out, there were many questions for the head of the district this time as well. They actively inquired about the repair of roads in the region, including rural ones. As Igor Alexandrovich reported, there are more than 90 sections that are to be repaired. This year, it was possible to bring more than fifty roads into proper condition. The employees of the bus park were concerned about the lighting of unregulated pedestrian crossings. The district leadership plans to address this issue more closely next year. The improvement of abandoned land plots, the trade of agricultural products in unregulated places, snow clearing at bus stops during winter, and the equipping of sidewalks – these and other questions were also posed to the chairman of the district executive committee.
Igor Moroz also explained why the work on the improvement of the recreation park on Perekopskaya Street in Orsha was not continued this year. The fact is that a large-scale reconstruction of heating networks is planned for next year. The work will take place on the territory of the park, so its improvement has been put on hold.
For their part, the employees of AP-3 thanked the district leadership for resolving the issues raised at the previous meeting. In particular, a long-standing problem regarding the construction of a sidewalk from the tool factory to the bus park, which Orsha residents had been raising for several years, has been removed from the agenda. This summer, the sidewalk was constructed, and the shoulder from AP-3 to the Machine Builders Street was also reinforced.
– The authorities hear you, – concluded the meeting the head of the district. – It is just necessary to understand that some issues cannot be resolved instantly. This requires resources and time. But we will move step by step towards making the life of the residents of Orsha even more comfortable.
