In Orsha, the construction of a kindergarten in the residential area of Vladimir Lenin and Vissarion Belinsky streets is nearing completion. About 70 people are working on the site. A journalist from "Arshanskaya Gazeta" looked at the stage of its readiness.
Shade canopies have appeared on the territory of the institution, and a fence has already been partially installed around the perimeter. Paving tiles are being laid.
The third floor of the building is almost completely finished. Finishing works are being carried out in one of the three groups, parquet boards are being laid, and there are small works left in the corridor.
On the second floor, the cladding of the bathrooms is being completed. In the gym, the floor is being laid, the assembly hall is ready for wall painting and flooring installation. Then a stage will be installed there. Currently, ventilation is being completed there.
On the first floor, the main volume of work is focused on the swimming pool. Tiles are being laid on the walls, preparations are being made for cladding the pool basin, and the ceiling and floor are next in line.
In some rooms, painting work is underway. On four of the six staircases, the spans of the railing have been installed.
All furniture has already been delivered to the kindergarten, and its assembly is ongoing. In the finished and cleaned rooms, the furniture items have been arranged in their places. Heating has been turned on.
Together with the builders, employees of the education department are working on the site. Help is coming from other preschool institutions. Their responsibility is to clean the finished rooms. Under the careful guidance and together with the head of the kindergarten Svetlana Kazakevich they are dusting, removing construction debris, wiping windows in the groups, and arranging furniture. It is planned that the kindergarten will open at the end of December.
