Offsite seminar “Belarus and Us”: Vitebsk youth became acquainted with production at MZKT “Volat”
The active councils of working youth in the Vitebsk region got acquainted with the work of the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant "Volat". An excursion program was prepared for the participants. The trip to Minsk concluded with a discussion of the ongoing work with youth at MZKT and enterprises in Vitebsk region.
– The main goal of the interregional seminar is to get acquainted with the organization of labor at the enterprise, – noted the deputy head of the department of the main ideological work and youth affairs of the regional executive committee, Vyacheslav Khol. – Many approaches used by our colleagues are also applied in our region. There are also aspects that we plan to adopt and implement in our work in the future.
The off-site seminar "Belarus and Us" provided participants with an opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues from another region. Establishing connections between employees of enterprises will help to develop their work in the future.
– With friendly contacts, people will be able to discuss various issues, including professional ones. They have the opportunity to establish communication with each other and solve emerging problems in the industry, – emphasized Vyacheslav Khol.
The acquaintance with the work of the plant began with a visit to the museum and exhibition complex "Volat". The attendees were told the history of the enterprise, demonstrated models of the produced installations, and answered their questions of interest.
Then the seminar participants had the opportunity to observe the work of those who daily manufacture parts for creating the defense power of our country. In the flexible manufacturing systems shop, they saw manipulations with the "insides" of future Volats, and in the assembly and testing shop – almost ready vehicles.
The seminar was kicked off with a screening of the corporate film of MZKT "The Power of Volat". Vyacheslav Khol presented the employees of the enterprise with a memorable gift – the book "The Feat of Love and Faithfulness to God".
As part of the event, the work with young specialists was discussed. From the Vitebsk region, this was detailed by the youth work specialist of OJSC "Naftan", Svyatoslav Sushitsky:
– Our plant has a Youth Council. We welcome all young employees, as long as they have the desire to contribute and make a difference in the development of the enterprise, – noted the speaker.
