For the second consecutive day, the "Unity Marathon" in Novopolotsk is bringing together working people on the project "We work together, we sing together!"
On January 14, the event was joyfully welcomed by the employees of OJSC "Izmeritel", where they produce automotive electronics, automation products, and telemechanics, providing high-tech industrial services that are in demand throughout Belarus and beyond.
At the lively celebration, representatives of the friendly team proved that they are capable not only of working responsibly for the benefit of their homeland but also of having fun wholeheartedly! In the production workshop, which became an improvised concert hall, they sang and danced along with the artists, sharing smiles and positive emotions with each other. The atmosphere of happiness and celebration filled the air, and their eyes sparkled with joy.
Performers included the honored artist of the Republic of Belarus Janet, soloist of the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus Taras Prisyazhnyuk, and Olga Bulay.
The team of OJSC "Izmeritel" was greeted by the head of the enterprise Vitaly Smargunov.
- Our most important asset is our employees, thanks to whom we meet all the established targets. To ensure they want to return here, we work on improving working conditions, increasing salaries, and organizing corporate events. The "Marathon of Unity" helps address such an important task as attracting new personnel to the enterprise, as well as relieving the working atmosphere. When we learned that an event would take place at our enterprise, we were inspired and proud. Employees came here with joy - this is evident from the number of people present today: about 300 in total. Unity is the key to the development of our city, enterprise, and country as a whole. The synergy of joint work and rest gives a much greater effect than working individually, allowing us to conquer new horizons.
- Today's celebration captured the hearts of all employees. To be honest, at first, I wasn't sure if I should go to the concert. But having been here, I have no regrets! I am all for such events. I have been working here for 40 years, and this is one of the brightest events that have taken place here. We were all inspired and united, singing and dancing.
