Forward to new achievements
The head of the Vitebsk Customs, Sergey Linkevich, together with the director of the Vitebsk branch of RUP Beltamozhservice, Konstantin Chernoguzov, visited the State Educational Institution "Novopolotsk State Olympic Reserve College". During the visit, they familiarized themselves with the conditions for training future champions and saw how sports skills and values are formed in the younger generation.
One of the main goals of the visit was the official opening of a motivational banner, sponsored by RUP Beltamozhservice. This banner is dedicated to a student of the weightlifting department, an outstanding young athlete – Daniil Zayko, the European champion in weightlifting among boys under 15 years old. Daniil, born in 2010, has already managed to win significant awards, becoming not only a silver medalist at the European Championship held in Madrid in the summer of 2025 in the "snatch" and "clean and jerk" events, but also winning gold in the total of the combined event.
Supporting talented athletes like Daniil is an important aspect of developing sports in our region. We are confident that with such support, young people will be able to reach new heights and achieve great success on the international stage.
