Attention, cash register equipment users!

In accordance with subparagraph 2.5 of paragraph 2 of the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus dated 06.07.2011 No. 924/16 (as amended on 07.12.2022 No. 841/27) "On the use of cash and other equipment for receiving payment funds" from 01.07.2025, economic entities are required to use cash equipment that meets the new requirements and is included in the State Register of models (modifications) of cash registering devices and special computer systems used on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

Please note that the issue of postponing the deadlines for transitioning to new cash equipment is not under consideration! The Ministry of Taxes and Levies Inspection for the Orsha District suggests taking necessary measures to replace or update cash equipment and warns that from July 1, 2025, administrative liability will be applied for using cash equipment that does not meet the new requirements in accordance with Article 13.15 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses (for individual entrepreneurs - up to 100 basic units, for legal entities - up to 200 basic units).
