ATTENTION motor carriers! Regarding the requirement to submit revised declarations for transportation services rendered before 01.01.2025

The Inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of the Republic of Belarus for the Orsha District informs business entities engaged in freight transportation and paying value-added tax about the necessity to submit amended tax declarations with changes and additions no later than October 1, 2025, and to pay the tax no later than October 20, 2025, regarding the turnover from the provision of international road freight transport services through the territory of the Republic of Belarus to the territory (or from the territory) of another state for the period from April 16, 2022, to December 31, 2024 (inclusive). At the same time, it is necessary to clarify the details in that part of the specified route that begins and ends on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, which led to the unjustified application during the specified period of the VAT rate of zero (0) percent.
