Vitaliy Vorobyov has been appointed deputy chairman of the Orshansky district executive committee
Vitaly Nikolaevich Vorobyov has been appointed Deputy Chairman – Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Orsha District Executive Committee.
Vitaly Nikolaevich is from Orsha. In 2010, he graduated from the Smolensky State Agrarian College, and in 2015 – from the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy of the Orders of the October Revolution and the Red Banner of Labor in the city of Horki. Vitaly Vorobyov worked as the chief agronomist of the branch "Poludets" of the open joint-stock company "Milk" (Vitebsk), director of the branch "Vymno" of the OJSC "Milk", agronomist-marketer, sales manager of LLC "AgroIndustry", and first deputy head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Vitebsk District Executive Committee. Before his appointment to the above position, he was the head of the Department of Crop Production, Plant Growing, and Feed Production of the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
