Great achievements require great recognition! Today, in a solemn atmosphere, the chairperson of the Orsha District Council of Deputies, Inna Viktorovna Khomutovskaya, presented a Certificate of Honor to the former chairperson of the Orsha City Council of Deputies, Vitaly Alexandrovich Sivakov.

This award is a well-deserved recognition of many years of responsible work, dedication to the cause, and a huge personal contribution to the development of our native Orsha District. The head of the district, Igor Alexandrovich Moroz, also joined in the congratulations.
