В Витебском областном роддоме поздравили женщин, родивших в День Республики

Women who gave birth on Republic Day were congratulated at the Vitebsk regional maternity hospital.

As reported by the chief physician of the Vitebsk Regional Clinical Maternity Hospital, Elena Leonovich, a total of 10 babies were born in Vitebsk region on Independence Day – 7 boys and 3 girls. Three of them were born in this healthcare institution.

Veronika Murzich from Glubokoe gave birth to her second child, son Vanechka, on the day of the national holiday. Vitebsk resident Alexandra Burava welcomed her firstborn, a daughter. The family of Shumilino resident Inna Osipova became richer with another daughter – now at home, younger sister Tatyana is eagerly awaited by Lera and Dasha. By the way, little Tanya was very eager to be born on July 3: her mother, who was being transported by ambulance to the maternity hospital, had to give birth right on the road.

A significant gift on the eve of Independence Day was made by Lyudmila Zakharieva from Glubokoe, who gave birth to her seventh child, daughter Polina, on July 2. Both Lyudmila and her husband come from large families, and the tradition of having many children runs in their family for generations. In 2019, the woman was awarded the Order of Mother.

Today, the Vitebsk Regional Branch of the Belarusian Party "White Russia" together with the public association "White Russia" held a charity event at the maternity hospital. Members of the Vitebsk Regional Branch of the Belarusian Party "White Russia", the public association "White Russia", and mothers with newborns participated in the event. As part of the action, mothers who gave birth to children on the eve of the holiday and on Independence Day were presented with valuable gifts from the party and the public association.
