In Vitebsk, the IV Republican training seminar of the Komsomol began.
The educational platform gathered about 150 participants from all over the country – leaders of territorial and primary organizations of BRSM, the largest industrial flagships of the country, and the active youth union.
– In our regional BRSM organization, we see how involved everyone is in all social processes of life, ready to defend the honor of our homeland at the most prestigious events. Youth is always at the forefront, in the first ranks of scientific, educational, creative, and production activities. These guys are our present, and the role of leaders in this work is hard to overestimate. This is the force that unites, directs, and helps make the voice of youth sound brighter and clearer, – noted the chairman of the regional Council of Deputies Dmitry Demidov. – The republican seminar will allow our youth to communicate with like-minded individuals, exchange experiences, share their practices and achievements, and in the future, their ideas will serve as a guideline for work.
The first secretary of the Central Committee of BRSM Alexander Lukyanov noted that the seminar also provides an opportunity to introduce newly elected secretaries to the experience of already established colleagues, in order to further develop their primary organization.
– For the leaders of the Central Committee and regional committees, it is very important to consider the opinions of youth, to hear their ideas and proposals in building strategic plans. One of the initiatives that was voiced at previous seminars was the implementation of an interactive information system that allows administering the process and maintaining a rating of our activists. Even today, we are proud that for several years there has been such an opportunity, and a smart card and a new membership card have also appeared, – said Alexander Lukyanov. – An important component of the IV seminar program will be visiting advanced primary organizations in the territory of large enterprises in Vitebsk, as well as higher educational institutions. We have also invited experts who will talk about the trends that are currently being formed among young people.
The first secretary of the regional committee of BRSM Zhanna Naritsina noted that over the course of two days, seminar participants will have meetings with labor collectives, a youth plenary session, quest orientation, theoretical and practical sections related to the organization of student brigades and youth law enforcement brigades, work in the internet space, and more.
The best practices for implementing state youth policy were shared by the primary organizations of BRSM "Vitebskenergo", the Vitebsk branch of the Belarusian Railway, "Vitebskoblgaz", and others.
The secretary of the primary organization of BRSM Lukoml GRES Yegor Petrashko reported that the youth of the enterprise always participates in various events, campaigns, and good deeds. The organization has more than 200 people under the age of 31 and 100% membership in BRSM.
