Nikolai Viktorovich has over 30 years of service. He began his career in 1977 as a senior inspector of the criminal investigation department and rose from deputy head of the criminal investigation department of the GUVD to head of the Orsha GUVD. For impeccable service, he was awarded medals of all three degrees. Currently, Nikolai Viktorovich continues to share his experience and wisdom.
