In Pishchalovo, a playground was built on the site of the former kindergarten.
In the village of Pishchalovo, a long-awaited holiday has arrived. The occasion was the solemn opening of a children's playground built as part of the implementation of the civic initiative "Children at Work".
Guests came to congratulate the villagers on this joyful event: the chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies Dmitry Demidov, the chairman of the Orsha District Council of Deputies Inna Khomutovskaya, the chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Association of Local Councils of Deputies Viktor Dorozhkin, and the executive director of the regional association of local councils of deputies Ekaterina Lazovskaya.
The head of the regional deputy corps, Dmitry Demidov, warmly congratulated the villagers on such an important event and emphasized that the implementation of this project in the Year of Improvement carries a special meaning. This is an initiative of the local residents themselves, fellow countrymen who care about their small homeland and want it to be comfortable for both adults and the younger generation.
The idea of creating a small play complex was proposed by local residents. It was supported by the Pishchalovsky Village Council, as well as by the district council deputy, director of LLC "Kalina" Vladimir Murashko.
Last year, this project was submitted for the civic initiatives competition. It became a winner. Implementation began in the spring. They got to work, so to speak, as a community. Utility services, deputies, together with local residents and employees of LLC "Kalina" put the future playground area in order, constantly participating in clean-up days.
Part of the play equipment was purchased by LLC "Kalina", and another part was acquired with funds from the civic initiative program. By the way, for Vladimir Murashko, who himself hails from these places, caring for his small homeland has always been a priority.
– It is symbolic that this playground appeared on the site of the former kindergarten, – says Vladimir Viktorovich. – The village must live, and its future is happy children's smiles. Although this civic initiative has already been implemented, our enterprise will continue work on improving this area. We plan to plant greenery here, make a fence, and lay a foundation for a volleyball court.
As the chairman of the Pishchalovsky Village Council Leonid Polyakov reported, the play complex is designed for children of different ages. There is a slide, a strength ladder, pull-up bars, swings, a sandbox, volleyball and football fields, and even a gazebo.
