The first enduro competition will be held in Orsha

In Orsha, the Open City Championship in Enduro "Sussanin, Impassable Trails" will be held for the first time. This is a race on specialized motorcycles off-road with natural and artificial obstacles. The competition is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.

As reported to the journalist of the "Arshanskaya Gazeta" by the sports and tourism department of the Orsha district executive committee, the competition will take place near the village of Ustye on March 29. The track is a closed loop. The time of the race is set by the chief judge of the competition and will be announced on the day of the event. The minimum distance to earn points is one lap, provided that all checkpoints are passed in the established order, which will be recorded by the judge in the electronic protocol.

Participants will overcome climbs, descents, rocks, logs, muddy sections, natural and artificial obstacles along the distance. The track will be marked with signal tape throughout, and in special sections, it will be limited by signal tape. At forks, detours, shortcuts, etc., signs of the corresponding colors will be installed for the classes.

The competition will be held in three classes. In the "Gold" class (red background), the track difficulty is "Hard". In the "Silver" class (blue background), the track difficulty is "Medium". The age of participants in these classes is from 16 years. In the "Bronze" class (green background), the track difficulty is "Light", athletes from 15 years old participate. Younger participants can submit a written application to the judging panel for consideration. They may be allowed to compete if they meet the conditions of the regulations and the requirements for a specific class.

Arrival of participants for registration, and passing administrative and technical control is scheduled from 7:00 to 10:00.

The official opening of the competition will take place at 10:00. Then there will be briefings by class and the arrangement of motorcycles on the starting line.

The start of the "Gold" class is scheduled for 11:00, the start of the "Bronze" class at 11:10. The start of the "Silver" class is at 15:00.

The preliminary scheduled race time for each class is 2 hours plus 1 hour to complete the lap.

The results will be summarized and winners awarded at 18:00. However, changes in the timing of the event are possible.

The organizer of the competition is the Orsha district executive committee, and the direct preparation and conduct is carried out by the public association "Motorcycle Club "Boomerang".
