In Orsha, the creative competition “Field of Flowers – Field of Talents” was held for the second time.
On the eve of the Day of Workers of Light Industry, the City Palace of Culture "Orsha" hosted the creative competition "Field of Flowers – Field of Talents" for the second time among the employees of the Orsha Flax Processing Plant.
Five teams participated: "Exception to the Rules" (factory No. 3), "Combinateers" (finishing factory), "Red on Black" (central repair and mechanical service), "Wind of Change" (factory No. 2), and "White Collar" (management team).
Long months of preparation and rehearsals were not in vain. The participants of the competition gifted the audience and fans several hours of bright and large-scale show.
The performances of the artists were evaluated by the general director of RUPTP "Orsha Flax Processing Plant" Oleg Buyanov, director of GDK "Orsha" Elena Demukh, chairperson of the primary trade union organization of the Orsha Flax Processing Plant Elena Kavetskaya, first secretary of the Orsha District Committee of the BRSM Maria Trubkina and leading specialist in ideological and social work of the Orsha CHPP Vladimir Yaskevich.
The program of the event included four competitions. The teams opened their performances with a business card "Let's Get Acquainted!". The contestants presented themselves to the audience and jury in an original way.
Then, in the competition "Dance Serpentine", the team members demonstrated their talents in choreographic art.
The parody competition "One to One" turned out to be truly memorable. The contestants fully showcased their acting skills and performed in the images of famous performers, trying to do it as close to the original as possible. The fans greeted their colleagues in the images of Grigory Leps, Michael Jackson, the band "King and Jester", and other famous artists with thunderous applause.
The creative evening concluded with the competition "Old Movies in a New Way". The teams played out fragments of films from Soviet classics in a modern interpretation.
The jury rated the performances considering the stage image, level of performance mastery, idea disclosure, and creativity.
– The competition "Field of Flowers – Field of Talents" has already become a business card of our enterprise. It is pleasant to note that creative workers, whose talent one can only admire, work at the Orsha Flax Processing Plant, – noted Oleg Buyanov.
In the end, the places were distributed as follows. The third place was taken by the creative team "Red on Black" of the central repair and mechanical service, 2nd place – "Wind of Change" of factory No. 2, and the jury chose the team "White Collar" of the flax processing plant management as the winner.
