In Orsha, on Police Day, a girl was born with the surname Officerova

This symbolic coincidence happens very rarely, but today, on the professional holiday of law enforcement officers, it occurred in the Orsha maternity hospital.

At 5:40 AM, Irina Ofitserova from Orsha gave birth to a daughter weighing 2 kg 470 grams. Now Irina Vasilievna has gained the status of a mother of many children, as this is the third child in her family. Her eldest son Kirill is already 14 years old, and her middle daughter Sofia is 10.

– Now March 4 will definitely be a doubly special day for me, – says the young mother, unable to contain her emotions. – Who knows, maybe this is a sign of fate and a future police officer will grow up in our Ofitserov family. I would be very happy about that.

With such a significant and joyful event, Irina Ofitserova from Orsha was congratulated today by the employees of the Orsha District Internal Affairs Department – members of the primary organization of the Public Association "Belarusian Union of Women". They wished the Ofitserov family to proudly bear such a resonant surname, and for the little girl to grow up to be a true patriot of her country.
