A seminar-meeting was held in the Orsha District Executive Committee with the leadership of the precinct commissions for the elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
It was attended by the chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin, the chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Election Commission Dmitry Khoma, and the deputy head of the public security police of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Maxim Marchenko.
The head of the region emphasized at the beginning of the meeting that the elections are a key political event that will determine the future of the entire country. He then announced what preparatory work has already been carried out in the region, while Dmitry Khoma focused on the nuances of the work of the precinct election commissions during the early voting period and on election day. In turn, Maxim Marchenko drew attention to information security and other important issues.
