В Орше состоялся обучающий тренинг для членов участковых избирательных комиссий

A training session was held in Orsha for members of precinct election commissions

At the polling station No. 2, located in the A. S. Pushkin Central Library, a training seminar was held for members of the precinct electoral commissions.

The main task of the seminar is to model and visually examine various kinds of emergency situations that may arise both during early voting and on the main election day. Members of the precinct electoral commissions must be prepared for anything, as the level of conducting the elections for the President of the Republic of Belarus largely depends on their preparation.

For the convenience of the participants, the training was divided into four blocks. The first was dedicated to organizational work before the start of early voting, when it is necessary to verify the voter lists and the duty of organizations. The second – directly the work during early voting. The third block represented voting on the main election day. The fourth – counting votes and announcing results. Situations and response options for members of the precinct electoral commissions were modeled for each block.

During the training, participants received answers to all questions arising in the course of work and exchanged opinions.

Let us remind you that the current stage of the electoral campaign is the agitation phase. The day of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus is set for January 26, early voting will begin on January 21 and will last until January 25 inclusive.
