An expanded meeting of the commission on juvenile affairs was held in Orsha
In Orsha, an extended meeting of the commission for juvenile affairs took place, where the results of the work for 2025 were summarized and priorities for the future were outlined. The main topic was the comprehensive protection of children's rights and safety.
Meeting participants thoroughly analyzed the results of the past year regarding the support of families where children are recognized as needing state protection or where there is a risk of social danger. They discussed problematic issues related to the organization of social investigations, early detection of adversity, and the prevention of domestic violence.
Particular emphasis was placed on the employment of parents and monitoring their work discipline.
It was noted at the meeting that the education system bears the main burden of early detection of problems in families, but it is very difficult to solve them alone.
That is why deputies of the heads of enterprises in the district for ideological work were invited to participate in the dialogue. They were informed that a child's well-being begins with the lifestyle of their parents. Leaders were urged to be more attentive to employees raising minor children and to promptly report to competent authorities about cases of absenteeism or appearing at work under the influence of alcohol.
Thus, in the Orsha district, an emphasis is placed on inter-agency cooperation. Only through joint efforts can an effective prevention system be created, where every child will be protected.
