Two large-scale investment projects are being implemented in Orsha

As part of the initiative "One district – one project", two large-scale investment projects are being implemented in Orsha. One of them is at the enterprise "Orsha Traditions", where a canning workshop is being built. The second is being implemented by OJSC "BELAZ" on the former territory of the PAK plant for the organization of ring rolling production.

This week, the head of the Orsha district, Igor Moroz, visited the two investment sites. He observed the commissioning work being carried out at these facilities.

At the enterprise "Orsha Traditions", the installation of the main equipment in the new canning workshop has already been completed. Commissioning work is underway on the production lines for meat preserves and the lamister packaging line. They are fully automated. The acting deputy general director for management of the state enterprise "Orsha Traditions", Arthur Pakhomchik, informed the chairman of the district executive committee about this. The warehouses for storing products and other premises are also equipped with modern technologies. The maximum productivity of the new workshop is 150 cans of preserves per minute.

At the enterprise "Ring Industry", one of the largest investment projects of BELAZ is being implemented: "Organization of ring rolling production with the reconstruction of the production shop block". Here, there will be a modern high-tech production of ring blanks used in machine engineering, aircraft engine manufacturing, nuclear energy, shipbuilding, and other industries. Currently, commissioning work is underway for the launch of this production's first phase. At the same time, another investment project for the production of the rim of a quarry dump truck is being implemented here. The head of the district, Igor Moroz, visited all these construction sites of the enterprise. By the way, construction and installation work on these investment projects at the enterprise "Ring Industry" is planned to be completed this year.
