In Orsha, a large-scale ceremony of joining public associations took place

On the eve of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus, a significant event took place at Gymnasium No. 1 in Orsha named after G. V. Semyonov – a solemn ceremony of joining the ranks of public associations of the country.

The event brought together four generations, vividly demonstrating the continuity of traditions and the common values of Belarusian society.

The first honorary title of Octoberist was awarded to younger schoolchildren joining the ranks of the Belarusian Republican Pioneer Organization. The children recited a solemn oath, which was accepted by the chairperson of the Orsha District Council of the BRPO, Yulia Chulec.

The pioneers took up the baton. Middle school students also joined the ranks of the BRPO, after which a thrilling moment came for the high school students. Yesterday's pioneers bid farewell to their ties in a solemn atmosphere and joined the ranks of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union. The first secretary of the Orsha District Committee of the BRSM, Maria Trubkina, addressed the new members of the largest youth organization with a parting word.

The event continued with a ceremony of joining the Republican Public Association "Belaya Rus". BRSM activists, who have already taken their first steps in public life, became part of another organization. They were welcomed by the chairperson of the Orsha District Organization of the RPO "Belaya Rus", Inna Khomutovskaya.

For the young people of Orsha, this day became truly memorable. The festive atmosphere in the gymnasium's assembly hall was supported by creative teams from the educational institution, who presented bright vocal and choreographic performances to the audience.

The event took place as part of a nationwide initiative for the patriotic education of the younger generation. It is important to note that the ceremonies were held synchronously at the republican, regional, and district levels, symbolizing the unity and solidarity of youth across the country.
