Today, a solemn rally dedicated to the Day of the October Revolution took place in Lenin Square!

Under the slogan "October Revolution: An Era in the Memory of the People," representatives of the authorities, parties, and the public of the Orsha district gathered. Among the honored guests were Deputy Chairperson of the Orsha District Executive Committee Anastasia Prokofyeva and the First Secretary of the District Organization of the Communist Party of Belarus Arkadiy Yesipovich.

"November 7 is a fateful date in the chronicle of many nations. The October Revolution changed the history not only of one vast country but also the further course of world history. This is our common history that we must preserve," noted Anastasia Adamovna.

At the end of the rally, its participants laid flowers at the foot of the Lenin monument, paying tribute to the historical past.

"October Revolution: An Era in the Memory of the People" - these are not just words, this is our history.
