A mini-football tournament was held in Orsha among the employees of the Internal Affairs Department of the Orsha District Executive Committee. This event was dedicated to the memory of Colonel of Militia Sergey Barvyankov, who left a significant mark in the service and life of his unit.

The tournament was opened by the head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Orsha District Executive Committee, Alexey Tyapko. In his speech, he expressed deep respect for the memory of Sergey Konstantinovich, noting his dedication to service, professionalism, and personal contribution to strengthening law and order in the region. Anna Barvyankova, the wife of Sergey Konstantinovich, was present at the tournament. She thanked the organizers for holding the sports event.
