A seminar for ideological workers was held in Orsha
At the Orsha Linen Mill, a seminar was held for workers organizing ideological work in labor collectives of organizations with 100 to 1,000 employees from the Orsha, Dubrovno, and Tolchin districts.
The event was attended by the deputy head of the main department of ideological work and youth affairs of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Anatoly Hutsulyak, the deputy head of the ideological work department, youth affairs, religions, and nationalities of the main department of ideological work and youth affairs of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Irina Sofeychenko, the head of the ideological work department and youth affairs of the Orsha District Executive Committee Maria Shmatova and a deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Mikhno.
During the seminar, the organization of ideological work in labor collectives and the role of state and political symbolism in modern society were analyzed.
Special attention was paid to the activities of leaders in ideological work within labor collectives.
– The ideological work system should be aimed at solving the professional and social problems of each worker at the enterprise, – noted Anatoly Hutsulyak.
Irina Sofeychenko introduced the seminar participants to the results of studies on public sentiment based on sociological surveys.
One of the main topics of the event was the upcoming electoral campaign for the presidential elections of the Republic of Belarus.
