В Орше прошел показ фильма «В списках не значился»

A screening of the film “He Was Not Listed” took place in Orsha.

In Orsha, at the cinema "Victory," the screening of the feature film "Not on the Lists" based on the eponymous novella by Boris Vasilyev began on May 1. Yesterday, the regional active members attended the screening.

The action of the film unfolds in June 1941. Lieutenant Nikolai Pluzhnikov arrives in Brest. At four o'clock in the morning, war begins, and the young man finds himself among the defenders of the Brest Fortress, not having officially joined the ranks of the military.

The film features students from the Oleg Tabakov Theater School and actors from the troupe of the Oleg Tabakov Theater. The main role was played by Vladislav Miller, while the role of the sergeant Stepan Matveevich was portrayed by Vladimir Mashkov. The director of the project was Sergey Korotaev.

Previously, the film was the opening film of the 47th Moscow International Film Festival, which took place from April 17 to 24.

For the filming of the movie, a large-scale set was built in the "Moskino" film park, covering an area of 42,000 square meters – an exact replica of the Brest Fortress. The facades of the Church of St. Casimir, the soldiers' barracks, and the Terespol Gates were recreated on sturdy metal frames with reinforced walls and ceilings. The artists relied on photographs from 1941.

In the "Victory" cinema, almost the entire hall was filled with viewers. Among them was the district leadership.

– I watched the film "Not on the Lists" with pleasure. The film is heavy but very spectacular. The actions unfold dynamically, and the plot is captivating. The film is about how life can change from promising and happy to the horror that war brings. This is especially relevant on the eve of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. We remember the feats of previous generations and will do everything possible to ensure that the memory of that terrible war lives on in each of us, – shared her impressions the head of the ideological work and youth affairs department of the Orsha district executive committee Maria Shmatova.

The youth was also greatly impressed by the film.
