The first stage of the regional forum of young specialists of the agro-industrial complex took place in Orsha.

In Orsha, the first stage of the regional forum for young specialists and young workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Vitebsk region took place.

On the hospitable Orsha land, young agrarians from Dubrovensky, Lepelsky, Sennensky, Toloczyński, Chashniksky, and Orsha districts met. The participants of the forum were welcomed by the chairman of the committee for agriculture and food of the Vitebsk regional executive committee Andrey Bulavkin and the deputy chairman of the Orsha district executive committee Vitaly Vorobyov.

After the official opening ceremony, the young agrarians were divided into three groups, for each of which the organizers prepared an individual program. First, they visited the square of state symbols of the Republic of Belarus, then went on sightseeing tours around the city.

As part of the practical section of the seminar, the young agrarians visited the machinery yard of the JSC "Agrocomplex 'Yubileyny'", the RPUP "Ustye" of the NAS of Belarus, the Orsha flax processing plant, and the Military-Historical Museum named after the Hero of the Soviet Union K. S. Zaslonov.

Later, an open dialogue took place on "The organization of work with youth and the opportunities for professional and career growth of a young leader in the labor collective." The speakers included the assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus – inspector for the Vitebsk region Vladimir Yurgevich, the first deputy chairman of the Vitebsk regional executive committee Sergey Levkovich, the chairman of the Orsha district executive committee Igor Moroz, as well as the heads of structural divisions of the regional executive committee, the industry trade union, and the regional management of ASB "Belarusbank".
