A district volunteer day is taking place in Orsha: employees of enterprises and organizations have gone out to bring order
In Orsha, a large-scale district clean-up is taking place, involving employees of local enterprises, organizations, as well as active residents of the city. The aim of the event is to tidy up the adjacent territories, clear them of garbage, and prepare them for the spring-summer season.
The clean-up covers the main microdistricts of Orsha, including parks, squares, courtyard areas, and recreation zones. Employees of educational institutions, healthcare, utility services, industrial enterprises, and the administration have joined together with rakes, brooms, and garbage bags to make the city cleaner and cozier.
What are the participants cleaning up? As part of the clean-up, the following activities are being carried out:
Cleaning up last year's leaves and branches;
Removing accumulated garbage;
Painting curbs and small architectural forms;
Pruning shrubs and preparing flower beds for planting flowers.
Special attention is given to places of mass recreation for citizens — embankments, parks, and playgrounds. Join us!
