In Orsha, the results of the year‑round sports competition were summed up and the most active people in the district were awarded
Traditionally, on the eve of the New Year holidays, it is customary in the Orsha district to summarize the results of the district Spartakiad among enterprises and organizations.
Throughout 2025, competitions were held in several sports: swimming (relay), darts, table tennis, checkers, mini-football, beach volleyball, streetball, athletics combined events, chess, kettlebell and billiards, backgammon.
The winning teams were determined in four groups. They were congratulated and awarded cups and certificates by the chairman of the Orsha district executive committee Igor Moroz.
In the first group the champions were athletes from the locomotive depot named after K. S. Zaslonov, 2nd place went to OJSC "Legmash Factory", and 3rd place to RUPTP "Orsha Flax Factory".
In the second group the leaders of the Spartakiad were ranked as follows: 1st – the branch "Orsha Main Gas Pipeline Management" of OJSC "Gazprom Transgaz Belarus", 2nd – the branch "Orsha CHPP" of RUP "Vitebskenergo", 3rd – the branch "Orsha Production Management" of UP "Vitebskoblgaz".
Among the agricultural enterprises of the Orsha district, the first place went to OJSC "Ecomol", 2nd to OJSC "Agrocombinat "Yubileyny", and 3rd to PUP "Orsha Poultry Factory".
Athletes from the Orsha Emergency Situations Department took first place in their subgroup of Spartakiad participants. Second place went to representatives of the Orsha Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Security Department, and 3rd to GP "Correctional Colony 12-VAL".
The head of the Orsha district also awarded certificates and letters of gratitude to the leaders and representatives of enterprises and organizations that actively participated in various important events in the region this year. Igor Alexandrovich thanked them for their conscientious work for the benefit of their homeland.
