Polling stations opened in Orsha
It is 7:45. At polling station No. 11, located in the administrative building of the branch "Orshavodokanal", the final preparations are underway for the meeting with voters.
The ballot boxes are being sealed, all members of the precinct commission and observers are already in their places. And after the anthem of the Republic of Belarus, at exactly 8:00, the polling station begins its work. And literally in the first minute, the first voters appear.
The chairperson of the precinct commission Vitaly Oseledets noted the high activity of voters during early voting. He hopes that today it will be at the proper level as well.
At the entrance to the building of Secondary School No. 8, where polling station No. 14 is located, voters are warmly greeted by volunteers. They guide them to the voting hall, if necessary, helping them up or down the stairs.
The chairperson of the precinct commission Elena Korovina reports that more than 1800 voters are registered at the polling station, 24 of them are first-time voters. Elena Semyonovna notes that early voting at their station was active. Families came, and there were also many young people.
Today, a concert program has been prepared for voters by school creative teams, and employees of OAO "Orsha-Service" have prepared many delicious treats. A wide range of various products can be purchased at the buffet.

The first to exercise his right to vote was the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the Orsha State Mechanical and Economic College Vladimir Kryzhevich. For voters here, a concert will start at 12:00, and a buffet is also operating, creating a friendly atmosphere. Volunteers are on duty at the entrance, directing visitors on how to proceed to the polling station.

At polling station No. 17, located at the machine-tool plant "Krasny Boryets", all preparations for meeting voters were completed on time. The transparent ballot boxes were sealed in the presence of observers and members of the precinct commission. At 8:00, the chairperson of the precinct commission announced the opening of the polling station.
The first three voters who voted at the station today were presented with commemorative souvenirs from the machine-tool plant "Krasny Boryets" by the chairperson of the precinct electoral commission. This happened in the very first minutes of the voting start.
Veterans of the precinct commission, for whom this is far from their first participation in the electoral campaign, noted the unprecedented turnout of voters during early voting. Over 40% of the registered citizens voted at the station in 5 days.
Traditionally, visitors are greeted with delicious treats at the local buffet, which is located in the adjacent room. The catering department of the enterprise has prepared many meat and confectionery products to suit all tastes.

A journalist from the "Arshanskaya Gazeta" visited the opening of polling station No. 39, which is located in Gymnasium No. 1 named after G. V. Semyonov. As the chairperson of the precinct commission Natalia Kokhova reported, it is one of the largest in the city. Many voted early, but the majority of voters will traditionally come to cast their votes on election day. It is worth noting that the first voters came to vote literally at the opening.
The journalist also visited polling station No. 40, which is also located in the gymnasium. He talked to members of the precinct electoral commission and observers. The mood of everyone is good, and a festive atmosphere is felt.
The journalist did not overlook polling station No. 41. It is located in the library named after V. Korban. Here, work has been bustling since early morning. The first voters entered the voting booths literally right after the opening. At the same time, commission members went for home voting to fulfill requests.
