In Orsha, they discussed the development of tourism in the region.

The implementation of tourism potential is one of the priorities of the country's development program until 2030. Last year alone, more than 39 thousand tourists visited the Orsha region.

Interest in Orsha region is growing every year. Many want to get acquainted with its attractions, and we have much to show our guests. The region has a rich history, numerous historical and cultural values, and amazing places worth seeing.

At a meeting of the district commission of the interdepartmental expert-coordination council on tourism, with the participation of the chairman of the Orsha district executive committee Igor Moroz and his first deputy Yegor Djandorov, they discussed the directions in which this industry needs to be developed and how to increase the volume of tourist services exports in the region this year.

The main areas that all interested parties need to work on are cultural-historical, medical, and industrial tourism, where there are many reserves. This includes transport support, organization of catering and accommodation, production and sale of souvenir products, holding branded events, advertising, and more. If all this is connected into one chain, the Orsha region will become even more attractive to tourists from near and far abroad.
