In Orsha, a plan for the region's development was discussed

On February 4, 2025, at the district headquarters for landscaping, with the participation of the chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee Igor Moroz and all interested parties, plans were outlined, the scope of work for the upcoming season was discussed, and emphasis was placed on the issues that need to be resolved as a priority.

In the year of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, special attention is paid to military burials. There are more than a hundred of them in the Orsha region. Some need to be thoroughly put in order. The head of the district identified several such sites: the memorial complex "Katyusha" and the memorial sign for the first salvo of the "Katyusha" in the village of Pishchalovo, the Mound of Immortality and the adjacent Heroes' Park, the mass grave of Soviet soldiers in the city park, and others.

Igor Moroz also demanded to establish perfect order and equip a place for recreation in the area of Anatoly Solyanikov Street. Landscaping is planned for Yakubovsky Park, where lighting needs to be installed, benches, gazebos, etc. The order will also continue to be established in the courtyard areas of multi-apartment residential buildings in Orsha and nearby settlements, as well as in the areas of garage complexes.

Addressing the chairmen of the village councils, the chairman of the district executive committee asked to pay attention to the landscaping of rural areas and to involve local residents in this large-scale work, as order on one's own land is the responsibility of each of us.
