In Orsha, a modern house will be built on the site of the old dormitory.

Today, a discussion was held in the Orsha district regarding the architectural concept of a 5-story residential building, which will incorporate modern trends in construction.

It will be located on the site of the demolished dormitory on 1 May Street, next to the enterprise "Orshastroymaterials" and opposite the branch of the "Orsha Bread Factory".

The apartment building will have two entrances and will be designed for 56 apartments. The adjacent territory will be closed. It will feature a children's playground and container sites for waste collection. Two parking lots are also planned.

As the project engineer, representative of LLC "Adobe" (Vitebsk) Alexander Yuzifovich, explained, this will be the first building in Orsha to use modern and comfortable architectural solutions, which will significantly differ from other new constructions.

By the way, a similar project has already been implemented in Vitebsk.
