In Orsha, a new leader of the Youth Council was elected.

In the Orsha District Executive Committee, a meeting of the Youth Council under the Orsha District Council of Deputies took place!  

Led by the chairperson of the Orsha District Council of Deputies, Inna Khomutovskaya, and the head of the ideological work and youth affairs department of the Orsha District Executive Committee, Maria Shmatova, they discussed the key results of 2025 and outlined a plan for 2026. 

At the meeting, the chairperson of the Youth Council chamber was approved - Gennady Drozdov, the deputy chairperson (working youth chamber) - Andrey Masekhnovich, and the deputy chairperson (student youth chamber) - Kirill Myslivets.  

For their personal contribution to the implementation of state youth policy and active participation in the work of the Youth Council under the Orsha District Council of Deputies, the best of the best were awarded — those who, through their work, initiative, and energy, make a real contribution to the development of our district!
