They were personally handed over by the head of the internal affairs department of the Vitebsk regional executive committee, police colonel Maxim Subbota.
The new nine-story building at 171 Vladimir Lenin Street was commissioned at the end of last year. The first happy residents are already moving in. Among those who have become owners of new rental apartments are nine employees of the internal affairs department of the Orsha district executive committee.
On this important occasion, Orsha law enforcement officers were congratulated by the first deputy chairman of the Orsha district executive committee, Yegor Djandorov, the head of the district police department Alexey Tyapko, and the senior priest of the churches of the Orsha district, Father Valery Serko. The celebration was also attended by employees and veterans of the internal affairs bodies, their families, and students of the military-patriotic club "Zubr."
One of the happy owners of a rental apartment is the assistant duty officer of the operational duty service, Marina Biryukova, along with her sons Ruslan and Yaroslav. Marina Nikolaevna has been serving in the internal affairs bodies for over 13 years. The long-awaited dream of owning square meters for the Biryukov family has finally come true. Ahead are pleasant worries – housewarming and arranging the apartment itself.
