In the Orshansky district, they have started harvesting corn
The first to start this work were at the agricultural enterprise "Radunskoye". During a working trip to the Orsha district, the chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Subbotin, visited this farm and inspected the progress of the harvest of the queen of fields.
As explained by the director of the agricultural enterprise "Radunskoye" Adam Mazay, the farm has begun harvesting early variety corn "Markopolo" of German selection. It is planned to harvest a corn field of 150 hectares for grain. Last year, this crop yielded 100 centners per hectare. There is an expectation that this year's result will be the same. Starting Monday, the agricultural enterprise "Radunskoye" will also begin harvesting a 400-hectare corn wedge for silage.
