A meeting was held at the Orsha District Executive Committee dedicated to summarizing the RUVD's service activities for 2025.
The event was attended by the head of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Internal Affairs Department, Police Colonel Maxim Subbota, the chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee Igor Moroz, and the head of the Orsha District Internal Affairs Department, Police Colonel Alexey Tyapko.
At the Orsha District Executive Committee, Police Colonel Alexey Tyapko reported on the results of the departments' work for the previous year:
"According to the results of 2025, the operational situation is characterized by a decrease in both the total number of registered crimes and in the area of criminal investigation. No cases of extortion and car thefts were registered. Fewer crimes were registered in public places, under the influence of alcohol, in the sphere of family and domestic relations, committed by minors. There is a noted decrease in the number of crimes in the area of combating cybercrime."
During the meeting, problematic issues were discussed, and solutions were found. The direction of movement for 2026 was determined.
Maxim Subbota participated in the opening of a new gym equipped with modern equipment, which has become a real gift for the law enforcement officers of Orsha.
- A police officer must engage in sports, be resilient, strong, and agile to respond quickly to difficult situations and promptly assist citizens. I am confident that the new space will enhance the desire and motivation to train, - said Maxim Alexandrovich.
Summarizing the meeting, Maxim Alexandrovich emphasized to the leaders the necessity of conducting productive work in all areas of official activity. He drew the employees' attention to the observance of personal safety, discipline, and legality.
Maxim Alexandrovich paid attention to the quality selection of candidates for service and the unwavering assistance to young employees on all arising issues. He reminded the heads of departments about the importance of involving veterans of the agency in daily work.
