A graduation ceremony was held at the Orshansky medical college
The solemn ceremony of awarding diplomas to graduates took place at the Orsha State Medical College. A document on secondary specialized education was received by 195 young specialists.
On this significant occasion, graduates were congratulated by the head of the main health department of the Vitebsk regional executive committee Mikhail Vishnevetsky, the chief physician of the Orsha Central Polyclinic Sergey Karaka, the director of the medical college Yuri Stepanov, deputy directors Vitaly Matarov and Inna Kolechkova, teachers and curators, and of course, relatives and friends.
– Dear graduates, very soon you will start working in healthcare institutions in the Vitebsk region and other regions of Belarus. People who dedicate themselves to medicine are respected and honored in society. This is a great honor and a huge responsibility that requires dedication, physical and mental strength, deep knowledge and skills to preserve the health and lives of your fellow citizens. I want to wish that our healthcare continues to grow with your intellect, talent, and hard work, – noted Mikhail Vishnevetsky in his speech.
This year, 37 graduates of the medical college finished with honors. Among them Polina Mokhnacheva. The girl received the qualification of a nurse but does not intend to stop there. Her immediate plans include enrolling in the Gomel State Medical University for the specialty "medical diagnostic affairs".
By the way, the girl became one of the students who enrolled in the Orsha Medical College in 2022 based on basic education. At that time, this republican pilot project started in our city. And now, three years later, 58 people received diplomas of secondary specialized education and will soon join the ranks of young specialists in healthcare institutions in Belarus.
Many warm words were addressed to the graduates from teachers, group curators, and parents who walked this path hand in hand with their children. The graduates were also treated to creative performances by students of the Orsha Medical College.
