Another beautiful multi-storey residential building has appeared in the Cheremushki microdistrict at 46 Mira Street.
Work on the capital renovation is nearing completion at the site. The roof, plinth, and pavement have been repaired, the engineering communication network has been updated, windows in the entrance have been replaced, and the porch has been renovated. New paints on the facade have improved the appearance of the nine-story building, giving it a more attractive and fresh look. Currently, work is underway to restore the yard area in the work zone.
– The capital renovation was carried out by our contractors, specialists from PRSP LLC "Delta" (Vitebsk), who have proven themselves well in this field more than once, – noted the representative of the customer, the head of the capital repair department of the housing fund of the Orsha branch of UKPP "Vitebsk Housing and Communal Services" Natalia Lipinskaya.
Also, this year a residential building at 8a Nikolai Sorokin Street in Baran will be put into operation after capital renovation. In total, this year, work on capital renovation has been completed on 18 multi-storey residential buildings. As a preparation for 2026, the contractor of the branch, namely the specialists of the municipal unitary enterprise "Orshakomhoz", have started capital renovation of building No. 37 at Boris Khigrin Street.
