В Городском Дворце культуры и творчества «Орша» прошел осенний бал юных спасателей

The autumn ball of young rescuers took place at the City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha".

As part of the information and propaganda campaign "Youth for Safety," an autumn ball for young rescuers was held at the City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha."

The event brought together activists of the Belarusian Youth Public Organization of Rescuers and Firefighters, students of the military-patriotic club "Memory" of Gymnasium No. 1 named after G. V. Semyonov, young rescuers-firefighters, and kids who are just taking their first steps in the youth movement.

– Today, more than ever, it is important for our youth to actively join the common movement. You are not just the future of our country – you are its present, – said the Deputy Head of the Orsha District Department for Emergency Situations Aleksandr Romanovich in his welcoming speech to the participants. – The knowledge you gain in the ranks of the Belarusian Youth Public Organization of Rescuers and Firefighters, your energy and desire to help – this is the foundation of the peace and well-being of our citizens. We see you as our successors and are confident that each of you will honorably continue the best traditions of courage and humanism.

Then there was a ceremony for awarding certificates to new members of the Belarusian Youth Public Organization of Rescuers and Firefighters. For the young residents of Orsha, this event was the first serious step into a big and responsible life. After all, being a rescuer means not only knowing the safety rules but also being ready to help in difficult times. Also, for active participation in the development of the youth movement, the formation of a safety culture among the younger generation, and the popularization of the profession of rescuer, thanks were given by the head of the Orsha District Department for Emergency Situations to Halina Orlovich and Olga Bulasova.

The culmination of the celebration was the performance of a waltz by students of secondary school No. 17 of Orsha and students of the military-patriotic club "Memory" of Gymnasium No. 1 named after G. V. Semyonov.
