The agitation phase of the election campaign has started in Belarus
The election campaign will take place from January 1 to January 25, 2025. Candidates for the President of the Republic of Belarus will present their election programs to voters, reports BELTA.
The Central Election Commission reminded that candidates for the President of the Republic of Belarus can conduct election campaigning in forms defined by electoral legislation: production and distribution of campaign materials, holding mass events (meetings outside premises, rallies, and picketing), conducting meetings with voters, appearances in the media, and other forms not prohibited by law.
According to the law, it is prohibited to use campaigning that includes propaganda of war, calls for violating the constitutional integrity of our country, insults, and defamation against officials and other presidential candidates.
