In 2025, 3.7 billion rubles are allocated for the system of state benefits, of which almost 2 billion is for the payment of benefits for the care of children under the age of 3. Almost 348 thousand children are covered by the payments, of which 186 thousand are children under 3 years old.

Family capital upon the birth of a third child. As of January 1, 2025, the amount of family capital is 33,275 rubles. In 2025, more than 360 million rubles are allocated in the republican budget for the provision of family capital.

Targeted social assistance - 145 million rubles are allocated for providing targeted social assistance in 2025.

Social services - territorial centers provide nanny services, social respite, and social guardianship.

Labor guarantees - from flexible schedules to additional days off.

Pension guarantees - the pension system encourages large families by reducing the required work experience and providing early payments.

Additional guarantees - additional support is provided to children who have lost their breadwinner and to children with disabilities.
