Payment of property taxes by individuals in 2025

This year, individuals made payments for property taxes. Such payments include land tax, property tax, and transport tax, as well as rent for the use of land plots.

The deadline for property tax payments expired on November 17. However, not all citizens fulfilled their tax obligations. The tax inspection for the Orsha district warns that measures of administrative responsibility may be applied by the tax authorities against citizens who did not pay their taxes on time, and measures for the forced collection of debts may be taken by enforcement authorities. Therefore, to avoid undesirable consequences, the tax inspection strongly recommends settling any outstanding property tax debts as soon as possible.

The amount and payment details can be obtained by presenting an identity document at any tax inspection.

Information about the amounts of the unified property tax and land rent is also available in the ERIP in the "Personal Account of the Payer." Payments can be made in any convenient way for the payer: - through the "Personal Account of the Payer" service; - through the ERIP system; - at bank branches and postal services.
