By presidential decree, the conditions for the construction of the "North Shore" complex have been improved.
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, signed decree No. 6 aimed at improving the conditions for the construction of the experimental multifunctional complex "Northern Shore". This was reported by BELTA from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The document establishes the specifics of the design and construction of the complex's facilities regarding technical standards, clarifies the procedure and deadlines for transferring constructed facilities (including parks, squares, and other landscaping objects) into state ownership, and outlines the investor's participation in financing and constructing infrastructure facilities.
It also defines the scope of equipping social facilities built by the customer when transferring them to state ownership (for example, kindergartens and schools are equipped with equipment, furniture, and technology "turnkey").
These changes will accelerate the implementation of this large-scale project and enhance the comfort of the housing being constructed within its framework by incorporating advanced practices in the field of real estate development.
