By the President's decree, the management of the housing fund and activities in the construction sector are being improved.
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, signed decree No. 130 on March 31, which aligns certain decrees of the head of state with the Code on architectural, urban planning, and construction activities and the law "On amending laws regarding the management of the housing stock and its operation," which come into force in 2024. This was reported by BELTA from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The amendment involves changes to 13 presidential decrees. In particular, provisions contained in the code and law are excluded, terminology is clarified, and certain acts are recognized as having lost their force.
