The President's decree has supplemented the types of state financial support
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, signed decree No. 177 "On State Financial Support" on May 5, as reported by BELTA in the press service of the Belarusian leader.
According to the document, the types of such support provided on an individual basis include budget transfers for reimbursement of part of the costs of investment projects, contributions to the authorized funds of legal entities made at the expense of republican and (or) local budgets, as well as budget loans and other types of state support provided at the expense of budget funds.
The decree establishes that when submitting proposals for state support, it is mandatory to have an economic justification for its feasibility and a conclusion on the competitiveness of the produced goods. In addition, decisions on state support must necessarily specify the responsibility of officials and the performance indicators of organizations that are conditions for its provision. A ban on subsequent adjustments of such indicators has been introduced.
